Service Description

Our seasoned professionals will meticulously evaluate your area, suggest colors to uplift its charm, and guide you on material choices for the best results. The fee includes up to 3 (three) color samples (come in quart containers) and 3 chip brushes. We will contact you for the color(s). Each session comes with a detailed written cost estimate and a $50 discount should you choose to move forward with the contract. We charge a fee to recycle your unwanted paint (with a label), up to 25 gallons. Extra: Truong Tran, besides being an adept painting consultant, is a certified real estate inspector, offering a keen eye on the property's current condition.
