Cabinet Painting Services

Cabinet painting is a great way to breathe some new life into your kitchen. The cabinets are one of the most visually prominent aspects of a kitchen, and a new coat of paint can make a big difference in your kitchen’s overall look and feel. At Transtech Painting, our qualified painting contractors can work with you to give your dull, dreary old cabinets a rejuvenating makeover. With new paints and finishes, you don’t need to buy a whole new set of cabinets to create an entirely new look and make your old kitchen feel new again. Changing the cabinet color can dramatically alter the aesthetic of the whole room. White has always been a popular choice in kitchens because it brings light and airiness to a room. Whereas, a black or a bold, bright color can give your kitchen a modern feel. We at Transtech's Painters can transform your cabinets into something completely different and unique - your kitchen.

Our Cabinet Painting Process:

The finished surface is cleaned (de-greased if applicable) and sanded off.

Shellac primer and 2 to 3 coats of urethane enamel paint or lacquer are applied depending on the color. We sand and check for imperfection after each coat.

Each step is done at separated locations, inside sealed spraying booths to prevent contamination.

Boxes opening are done on-site, in a fire-rated booth to prevent dust, and fume from coming out.

We carefully mask, cover the floor and other surfaces

Boxes are finished follow the same steps as doors and drawers

The doors/drawers are delivered and re-installed after 2 to 5 days.

We also install new handles upon agreement beforehand.

All products are applied using an airless sprayer or HVLP rigs to provide the most professional finish.

There are gaps between cabinets and kitchen walls due to the nature of the stained grade finish. We recommend painting the walls also so the gaps shall be caulked to provide a seamless finish.
