After carefully preparing the surface, we apply 2 to 3 coats of poly wood coating or lacquer, sanding and inspecting after each coat to ensure a flawless finish.

To begin, we take high-quality pictures of your current cabinets and assign them unique digital and physical numbers.

Next, we carefully remove all hardware, doors, and drawer fronts.

After the surface preparation, we apply a layer of shellac primer that is specially formulated to bond with the cleaned and scuff-sanded surface, and also provides stain blocking. This step ensures that the finish adheres evenly and provides superior protection for your cabinets.

Frames are carefully prepared on-site in a fire-rated booth, masked and covered to prevent dust and fumes from escaping. They undergo the same finishing process as doors and drawers, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.

To ensure a flawless finish, we carefully inspect the surface for any imperfections and repair them before applying the second coat of primer.

Once the doors and drawers are expertly finished, they are ready for re-installation. This typically takes 2 to 5 days, depending on the size of the project. If desired, new handles can also be installed to give the cabinets a fresh, updated look.

It's important to note that there may be gaps between the cabinets and kitchen walls due to the nature of the stained-grade finish. To achieve a seamless look, it is recommended to caulk the gaps and then paint the walls.
